Steven Terry is the co-founder and current managing partner of TSR Injury Law. His practice consists solely of representing injured people and pursuing justice against wrongdoers. He has handled thousands of injury claims over a 20-plus-year career. Steve continues to exceed his clients’ expectations and hold insurance companies responsible for the damage their insured’s cause.
Steve graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota and Magna Cum Laude from William Mitchell College of Law where he also served on the school’s Law Review. Steve currently serves on the Minnesota Association for Justice’s Board of Governors and was the President of MAJ from August 2014 to August 2015.
Steven has helped thousands of people in Minnesota, and across the United States, with injury claims. He has represented people with injuries arising from car, truck and motorcycle crashes, dangerous products, animal attacks, work-related injuries and practically any other manner in which a person could be injured.
He has been selected by his attorney peers as both a Rising Star and Super Lawyer in Minnesota, which is an honor granted to only the top 5% of attorneys in the state. Steve is also a member of the Top 100 National Trial Lawyer’s Association. The Minnesota State Bar Association honored Steve with the Minnesota Award for Professional Excellence for his pro bono work on the 35W Bridge Collapse Consortium. He is also a member of the University of Minnesota YMCA’s Hall of Fame for “making a difference in the lives of our young adults and the communities we serve.” Steve has served on the Mother’s against Drunk Driving Board for over a decade.
Steve receives a large majority of new referrals from other practicing attorneys, Judges, insurance adjuster’s or past clients, which reflects well on his character, work ethic, and ability as a Personal Injury Lawyer.
Steve lives in Bloomington, Minnesota with his wife Jennifer and is the proud father of two daughters. Non-work-related activities include riding his Harley Davidson, international travel, cabin time, and cheering for (in no particular order) the Minnesota Timberwolves, Vikings, Twins and University of Michigan Football.
