In my opinion Steve Terry is the BEST F-ING LAWYER on the planet! In all seriousness though, he was with me the entire way of this 3yr process. Calling him him for a consult was the best decision I could've made. Honestly it was the last thing I wanted to do, lawyers and their reputions you know. I tried to handle things on my own and quickly realized I would've been better off beating my head against a brick wall. From the moment I 1st talked to Steve he started handling things even before I officially hired him. Told me what I need to do while he checked some thing. I even had to text him on a holiday weekend for an emergency situation. He called me back within the hour. Steve has always been reachable and most importantly human, relatable. Words cannot express my gratitude for Erik Willer and his phenomenal paralegal, Kate, at TSR. Last summer I was involved in an auto accident where an uninsured driver who was not a U.S. citizen ran a red light, totaling my car and leaving me with a nasty concussion that took me out of work for months. Without recourse to "go after" the at fault driver, I was at the mercy of my own insurance company. While I would love to go on about how unbelievably wrong it is for insurance companies to try and weasel their way out of paying when something atrocious like this happens, it's the reality. Having Erik and Kate on my side to make sure my insurance company paid what was due to me allowed me to focus on getting better, while they used their expertise to manage the legal and financial end of things.
