Lyndsey Jorgensen has dedicated her career to representing injured individuals. She is experienced in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, civil rights, and consumer class action litigation. Since joining TSR in 2016, Lyndsey has successfully represented people injured as a result of motor vehicle and motorcycle crashes, dog attacks, defective products, and dangerous or poorly maintained property. Through her experience, she recognizes that the deck is often stacked against injured people. As a compassionate listener, a critical thinker, and a fierce advocate, Lyndsey works to understand what her clients have endured and fight to ensure they are treated fairly.
In 2019, Lyndsey was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. This honor is reserved for the top 2.5% of outstanding, young lawyers in the state of Minnesota. The selection process for a Rising Star includes peer nominations and then extensive third party research and evaluation of professional achievements, representative clients, experience, honors, special licenses and certifications, pro bono and community service, and other outstanding achievements.
Lyndsey is originally from southern Minnesota. When she's not working, Lyndsey enjoys traveling with her husband and running the Minneapolis lakes with her dog.
“Through her experience, she recognizes that the deck is often stacked against injured people.”
