Lyndsey Jorgensen is committed to helping individuals. Through her experience, she recognizes that the deck is often stacked against injured people. As a compassionate listener, a critical thinker, and a fierce advocate, Lyndsey is able to understand what her clients have endured and fight to ensure they are treated fairly. Lyndsey focuses her practice solely on representing people injured as a result of others' negligence.
Lyndsey has dedicated herself to representing plaintiffs since the beginning of her career. She has experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, civil rights, and consumer class action cases. Prior to joining TSR, Lyndsey represented people injured in car accidents and motorcycle crashes, victims of botched surgeries, workers injured on the job, and those whose constitutional rights were violated by government actors.
Lyndsey hails from southern Minnesota. She graduated from St. Olaf College and obtained her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. While at William Mitchell, Lyndsey worked as a volunteer law clerk for the Children's Law Center and as a law clerk for a personal injury firm. After law school, Lyndsey worked as an associate attorney with that firm until 2016.
When she's not working, Lyndsey enjoys spending time with her husband at the family cabin and running the lakes with her dog.
