Lyndsey Jorgensen is committed to helping individuals. Through her experience, she recognizes that the deck is often stacked against injured people. As a compassionate listener, a critical thinker, and a fierce advocate, Lyndsey is able to understand what her clients have endured and fight to ensure they are treated fairly. Lyndsey focuses her practice on representing people injured as a result of others' negligence and people injured in the workplace.
Lyndsey has dedicated herself to representing plaintiffs and employees since the beginning of her career. Prior to joining TSR, she worked at another personal injury firm. She has experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, civil rights, and consumer class action cases. Since joining TSR in 2016, Lyndsey has successfully represented people injured in car accidents and motorcycle crashes, victims of dog attacks, those injured on dangerous premises, and employees injured while on the job.
Lyndsey is originally from southern Minnesota. She graduated from St. Olaf College and obtained her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
When she's not working, Lyndsey enjoys spending time with her husband and running the Minneapolis lakes with her dog.
